Disappointing online experience
Tried to order a pair of trousers which were in stock but got to Checkout and it said Out Of Stock.
Tried again later and managed to order a pair .Later I get an email to say a Refund has been issued .
Today I check the item and they are in stock.
I have been left with the money on my Credit Card ,
no trousers and my refund hasn't arrived yet.
When I queried this with customer services they advised yes they are in stock but I will need to reorder.
Another £150 on my card. Needless to say I am not reordering . Disappointing as I love Jigsaw but now most shops shut I have lost faith in their online procedure.

No return label in box
No return label in box. I have no time for printing off label online.
Especially when jigsaw is at fault. Jigsaw going downhill.
Cant even be trusted to get order picking correct.??

I ordered a shirt from this website and was refunded without explanation.I presume it’s not available and when I checked the item again it’s still available.what’s this website a racist a company?or just not updating

I ordered a dress online
I ordered a dress online, was kept up to date with delivery which was prompt. Sadly I had to return the item as it didn't suit me. Returns process was simple. Took a while for my parcel to be recieved back at Jigsaw (around a week - via royal mail) and at that point I read some reviews and was a little worried. However as soon as my parcel showed delivered back I rceieved a refund email the dame day. Refund was processed promptly after the return had been recieved back.

I have shopped at jigsaw since the early 90s but not for the past 3 years. They used to stock nice voile tops and cotton dresses and skirts. However, now all their skirts are polyester or old fashioned silk.
The only item I would buy now is their cashmere jumpers. The rest is awful. Bring back Zigsaw at the turn of the century. This is why so many stores have gone
Poor customer service in the Chiswick…
Poor customer service in the Chiswick shop for a while now unfortunately. The staff, particularly one of them just doesn’t seem to be interested in the customer or perhaps just me! Not interested in helping or commenting when the customer is trying on. The reason for buying in a store is to receive customer service but this should be addressed in this store unfortunately.

Ordered next day delivery
Ordered next day delivery, which is extra payment. Said order now receive 03May2022!
Well it did not arrive! No tracking on the email one did receive either. When you Google states Jigsaw can’t ensure it arrives, but they are more than happy to charge you for it and offer next day. Not the first time there is an issue with Jigsaw online either, not to be recommended will stop using them! In shop delivery not great option either as most shops of theirs closed.
London click and collect with in-store returns excellent
During the first calendar quarter of 2022 I have had an excellent experience ordering online for collection in a Jigsaw store. Items arrived quickly and I easily returned items I do not wish to keep, even sale items, in-store for an immediate refund. I have dealt only with stores in Central London, so my positive shipping and returns experience may be specific to my location.
Having said that, I have found shop floor customer service, when I am looking to buy (with no collection of online purchases or returns) to vary from courteous and very helpful in some London branches to insulting and disrespectful in one other in particular. Apparently, I must not fit the stereotypical customer profile for that particular branch. So customer service is uneven.

Item not sent even though showing as available on website
Poor customer service. Jigsaw has failed to deliver an item and has processed a refund even though the item is still available on their website. I have no idea why Jigsaw processed my payment then refused to honour the order as I have been unable to get an explanation.

Unacceptably poor customer service processes
Have shopped online and in store for years. Recently bought something that shrunk the first time I washed it, despite following the instructions.
I emailed Jigsaw customer service and then the merry go around of pain began. Despite me clearly having a strong preference for contacting via email due to my work travel schedule and their opening hours, they would only help me resolve if I went in store or called. After weeks of sleep his hell loop, not only do I not care about the ruined jumper, but I never want to wear anything by jigsaw again. I also never want to receive any promotions material from them and infact want them to remove my details from their system.

Do not buy from here you can get better quality elsewhere. I bought some black jean from here (in store) and the dye is fading and leaving grey streaks after just two washes. I sadly have lost the receipt otherwise they would be going back. I'm planning to buy some dye to redye them. This is not what I would expect of £90 jeans.

Good company, all positive experience…
All mail ordering from Jigsaw has been fine. I'm happy with the brown paper bag, it's much better for the environment and can be re-used. There was some delay around Christmas due to Covid but customer services were helpful and apologetic. Jigsaw has been one of my favourites for many years ( 35+!) and I was sad to see the Cheltenham store close. One suggestion - make it easier for online shoppers to review garments on the website, because when there is no local store to try things in the reviews help a lot.
Shambles company .... dont bother buying
Sent an order back and cant get a refund even though I can see they received the returns 2 weeks ago. Already opened a case with ebay and will be reporting to trading standards.The response Im getting is to contact them again in a few days.

Fantastic quality
I received the jacket I ordered very quickly, which was beautifully packaged, excellent quality, and a great price in the sale.I would definitely order from Jigsaw in the future.
Poor
This used to be a more premium brand but clothing now poor quality, even at sale prices. Comes delivered in a brown paper bag for the environment and I've had fish suppers packed better. Actually sniffed the armpits of item as looked worn. Poor service when you have a query via email. Premium prices for mediocrity. Gone right downhill.
